Gozney "Dome XL (Gen 2)" Pizza Oven

Introducing the all-new Gozney Dome Gen 2 Series, our most versatile ovens yet. Bigger and more powerful than ever before, now available in two sizes. A new era of cooking with fire.

The Gozney Dome XL (Gen 2) is a new era of cooking with fire. Built to do more — 90% bigger than the original Dome. With space to cook three pizzas at once, it’s built for far more than pizza and designed to handle full-scale feasts for family and friends. Every element has been re-engineered to give you total control: over heat, over fuel, over fire itself. At its core is restaurant-grade performance — used by the world’s best chefs, made effortless for home cooks. Cook with wood for smoky intensity, gas for clean heat or charcoal for earthy depth. All powered by a suite of next-generation features and purpose-built accessories that make live-fire cooking feel effortless. From the optional Wood-Fire Control Kit, which gives you the power to control wood like gas, to an intuitive digital interface that displays real-time air and stone temperature, with twin meat probes that track two cuts independently—so you know exactly when your food is perfectly cooked. Dome XL (Gen 2) arrives fully assembled and ready to go, straight out of the box.

• Room to cook even more. Dome XL (Gen 2)  has 90% more cooking space than the original Dome. Room for three 10” pizzas, two 12” pizzas, an 18” pizza, three full roasting trays, or fire-cooked sides to feed a crowd.
• Cook more than pizza. Dome XL (Gen 2) unlocks restaurant quality fire-powered cooking—from blistered vegetables, to seared steaks, and cast iron bakes. With the performance and space to handle full meals, it’s built for far more than incredible pizza.
• Cook your way with hybrid fuel options: one oven, three fuels, unlimited possibilities. Choose the fuel that fits the moment. Cook with wood for rich, smoky intensity, gas for clean, quick heat, or charcoal for slow, earthy depth. Dome XL (Gen 2) brings the full spectrum of fire-powered flavor to your cooking.
• Pro-grade performance, backyard ready. Built like Gozney's restaurant ovens. Used by the best chefs in the world. Made simple for your backyard. Dome XL (Gen 2) delivers pro-grade firepower that’s easy to set up and intuitive to use. A 30mm cordierite stone locks in heat and recovers fast between bakes, while space-grade 3-layer insulation keeps temps rock steady, pizza after pizza.
• The romance of real fire. The effortless cooking precision of gas. The gas system offers smooth, incremental flame adjustment, from gentle heat to a rolling flame. To ensure a perfect cook every time, Dome XL (Gen 2) features twin meat probes, easy-read temperature console, and a built-in timer. No apps, zero guesswork.
• Gozney's signature lateral flame rolls like a natural wood fire, wrapping your food in consistent, even heat. It’s what gives you perfect leopard-spotted pizza, caramelized vegetables, and deep, balanced flavor—every time you cook. Sweeping flame. Even heat. Exceptional food.
