Collection: Gozney

Gozney is the UK pizza oven brand founded by designer Tom Gozney, who built his first backyard oven at 21 and turned it into the company that now calls itself the UK leader in restaurant ovens. Its home ovens bring that restaurant heat to the backyard: every oven in the current range is rated to 500°C, enough for a Neapolitan pizza in about 60 seconds.

We stock the line-up: the Dome (Gen 2) and Dome XL (Gen 2) for wood, charcoal or gas, the Arc and Arc XL gas ovens with Gozney's lateral rolling flame, and the 13.5 kg Tread for camping. Kit them out with matching stands, covers, the Balance and Pro Placement Peels, turning peels, the infrared thermometer, the Dome Door and Neapolitan Arch, and the Dough Tray.

Not sure which? For most backyards the Arc XL is the easy start. Browse every brand in pizza ovens, grab pizza oven accessories, or learn dough and launching at a Que Club class. Delivery Australia-wide or click & collect in Brunswick.

Kit it out: the Gozney accessories worth buying first

  • Stand to match your oven: the Dome (Gen 2) Stand, the Arc + Arc XL Stand or the Tread Venture Stand put the oven at working height with prep space.
  • Placement peel: the Balance or Pro Placement Peel for launching; the Venture Placement Peel packs down for the Tread.
  • Turning peel: the Balance or Utility Turning Peel spins the pizza in the oven so the crust cooks evenly.
  • Infrared thermometer: read the stone temperature before you launch, not the air.
  • Dome (Gen 2) Door and Neapolitan Arch: the door locks in heat for roasts, bread and hot-smoking; the arch narrows the mouth for Neapolitan-style cooking.
  • Wood-Fire Control Kit and Wood Loader: for running a live fire in the Dome.
  • Cover: a fitted cover for every oven and stand, plus the Gas Bottle Cover.
  • Dough Tray, Dough Cutter and Pizza Rocker: for prepping and serving like a pizzeria.
