Collection: Wood-Fired Pizza Ovens

Nothing beats live fire for flavour. These ovens burn wood or charcoal, reach 500°C and give you a smoky, blistered crust in about a minute.

The Ooni Karu 2 (12") and Karu 2 Pro (16") burn wood or charcoal out of the box and take an Ooni gas burner, sold separately, for nights when you want gas. The Gozney Dome (Gen 2) and Dome XL (Gen 2) are hybrid ovens that run on wood, charcoal or gas, and the Dome's door turns it into an oven for roasts, bread and hot-smoking.

Running a fire takes a little practice: dry hardwood, a steady flame and a turning peel to rotate the pizza. Pick up peels, a thermometer and a cover in pizza oven accessories, or compare with our gas pizza ovens.
