This is the one for the drive to the cook-off at 4am, or the servo coffee you want to keep hot past the first set of lights. At 355ml (12oz), it's just right for a single good coffee without being bulky in the cup holder or the bag.

Up top is the Commuter Cap, and it doesn't leak a drop. Half-twist until it clicks and you can drink from any point around the rim. Twist it shut and it's safe to throw in a backpack. Vacuum-insulated between two walls holds the temperature, hot or cold, and the body, in 18/8 stainless steel, resists rust and punctures. It's dishwasher safe.

One rule: no fizzy drinks in it, and don't use it to store food.

FAQs

How big is it, and does it fit a cupholder?
It holds 355ml (12oz) and it's slim enough to slot into most car cupholders, handy on the drive to the cook.

Will the Commuter Cap leak?
Not once it's closed. Give the inner piece a twist clockwise until it stops and it's fully sealed. Half-twist it back to drink from any side of the rim.

Hot or cold, what can go in it?
Both. The vacuum insulation keeps coffee warm and water cold. YETI says no fizzy drinks, and don't use it to store food or perishables.

Will my other Rambler caps fit?
Yep. It's a Rambler Bottle, so the Chug, Straw, MagDock, Commuter and Cup Caps all fit, and you can swap whenever you like.

Can it go in the dishwasher?
Yes. Sit the lid up top and drop the gaskets into the cutlery basket so the small bits don't go walkabout. A quick hand wash works fine too.

What's the warranty?
