nöni™ Fish Press

Precision weight. Perfect contact. Cleaner cooking.

Designed for delicate proteins and far more than just fish, the nöni™ Fish Press delivers even contact, controlled weight and consistently better results — without damaging food or cookware.

Made from our seamless 3mm nöni™ non-nickel stainless steel, this press is built to last generations.

Why use a Fish Press?

Uneven contact is the enemy of great cooking. The Fish Press gently holds food flat against the pan surface, improving heat transfer while preventing curling, buckling and patchy browning.

Perfect for:

• Fish fillets with skin

• Smash burgers

• Bacon and pancetta

• Chicken thighs and breasts

• Grilled vegetables

• Tofu and plant-based proteins

• Toasties, sandwiches and flatbreads

Anywhere you want even browning without crushing, the Fish Press shines.

Modular weight. Your way.

Just like our Protein Press, the nöni™ Fish Press features a modular, stackable design.

• Base set includes the press + one removable weight plate

• Add additional plates to increase pressure as needed

• Customise the weight for delicate fish or heavier proteins

Total weight (base set): 689g

This lets you apply just the right amount of pressure — enough for contact, never so much that moisture or texture is lost.

Designed for fish. Built for everything.

The Fish Press features a wide, low-profile shape that suits fish fillets particularly well, distributing weight evenly across the surface without digging in.

The curved handle allows:

• Comfortable grip

• Easy lifting and repositioning

• Use with gloved or wet hands

And because it’s made from non-nickel stainless steel, it’s completely non-reactive — ideal for acidic marinades, citrus, wine, and delicate proteins.

Why nöni™ stainless steel?

Our nöni™ range is crafted from non-nickel ferritic stainless steel, chosen for performance, safety and ease of use.

• No nickel additives

• Non-reactive and inert

• Won’t rust

• Won’t flake, peel or degrade

• Dishwasher safe

• No seasoning required

• Safe for metal utensils

It’s the ultimate low-maintenance material — use it hard, clean it easily, and repeat forever.

Made to last. Made to match.

Like all Solidteknics gear, the Fish Press is:

• Seamless and rivet-free

• Designed to outlive disposable cookware

• Fully compatible with AUS-ION™ and nöni™ pans

• Built to perform across gas, electric and induction cooking

This is a tool you’ll reach for daily — not a novelty accessory.
