OUR STORY
At JIMMY BRISKET we have been honing our skills cooking all things BBQ and meat for many years in both the Competition circuit of Australia winning multiple awards and catering for 1000's of hungry clients.
We wanted to develop a seasoning rub that was versatile on all meats but especially beef and we think we have nailed it with our Special Ops rub.
We love beef and we love a savoury kick which is what you will get on all cuts of beef, pork, and chicken.
