Tucka Tribe was founded by a chef who wanted to bring commercial kitchen know-how to home cooks and outdoor entertaining. Their gear is built for carrying, holding and serving food away from the kitchen.

We stock the Tucka Tribe Junior Sous, a front-loading insulated catering box that keeps food hot or cold for 4+ hours. We also carry two add-ons: the Carve & Serve Board, a bamboo board that sits on top of the Junior Sous, and the Stainless Steel Tray that slides into its rails.

What each piece does

  • Junior Sous catering box: The main unit. Front-loading and insulated, it keeps food hot or cold for 4+ hours and stacks with other units for bigger gatherings.
  • Carve & Serve Board: Sustainable bamboo with a deep juice groove. It nests on top of the Junior Sous, so you get a carving station anywhere.
  • Stainless Steel Tray: Slides into the Junior Sous rails or sits on a deeper tray as a lid. Use it as a flat base for your own dishes.

How to use it on a cook

When your brisket or pork shoulder comes off the smoker, wrap it and load it into the Junior Sous to hold. That frees up the pit and keeps the meat hot until serving. Take it to the beach, the footy or a mate's place, then put the board on top and slice. Try it with our pulled pork or smoked brisket.
