Melbourne Hot Sauce was founded in November 2013 with a clear vision of bringing something new to the hot sauce scene. Owner and founder Richard Nelson has drawn on his 20 years experience as a chef to create a range of sauces for everyday culinary use.

Depth, balance and flavour are key, with a focus on simple, clean and pronounced flavours. We believe in using fresh, local quality ingredients with no added thickeners, fillers, extracts, additives or preservatives.
