A beautifully balanced sweet and savoury olive jam! This product was the result of a collaboration with long time Mount Zero supporter, Markus Werner. Markus is the Culinary Director of Asia for Delaware North, an international food, venue + hotel management company who look after venues such as Rod Laver Arena.
The flavour, texture and slight sweetness of this jam makes it a perfect accompaniment for a variety of cheeses; try with a cave aged cheddar or (our favourite) with a luscious, creamy triple cream brie!
