What's new with Koda 2 Max?
Koda 2 Max cooks Neapolitan-style pizza in as little as 60 seconds, reaches a top temperature of 500 °C/950 °C and is ready to cook in just 30 minutes.
With a 24” cooking area, extended internal height, and our thickest ever pizza stones (each ¾” thick), Koda 2 Max was built to do more (and more and more).
As well as being our biggest oven ever, Koda 2 Max is the first Ooni oven to feature a removable glass visor; giving you a dramatic view inside your oven while keeping the heat inside. When you want to change it up, you can remove the 6mm-thick protective glass visor and roast larger dishes with ease.
Koda 2 Max also features an integrated, commercial-grade pizza ledge. Based on the ledge you’d find on a commercial pizza oven, this is ideal spot on which to rest pans and easily turn your pizzas mid-bake.

What is Ooni Connect™?
Ooni Connect™ is the technology - integrated into the Koda 2 Max’s Digital Temperature Hub - that allows you to receive information about your oven’s temperatures directly to your phone via Bluetooth. Say goodbye to guesswork; the oven’s ambient air temperatures and readings from the oven’s two meat probes are displayed within the Ooni app.

The oven has an extended ceiling height to accommodate larger non-pizza dishes, and two food probes are included so can cook meat to perfection. The dual cooking zones allow you to cook low and slow on one side of the oven while you're cooking pizzas or other high-temp dishes on the other.
