Noble procures medium dark grade maple syrup from heritage sugar shacks in the ancient maple orchards of Quebec and New Hampshire. The syrup is matured in Tuthilltown charred American oak bourbon barrels. This produces a distinct bourbon and oak flavoured syrup.
Glaze pork or roast vegetables like brussels sprouts or sweet potato with this maple syrup. Pour over granola and yogurt in the morning, or over ice-cream for dessert. Perfect on french toast and pancakes. Use to sweeten rum, bourbon and whiskey cocktails.
