This knife boasts a series of alternating small hollow ground ovals on the side of the blade to enable air, juices, and fats to lubricate the blade for smooth slicing. The stain-free, high-carbon duo-edge blade allows for ultra-thin slicing and the ample length facilitates long, even cuts. The unique dual textured handle is soft to the touch with a firm, slip-resistant grip for safe and accurate cuts. Our patented V’LO® handle is made of dual textures so its both soft to the touch and firm where you need it.
