Brad will be walking you through a proper Texas Trinity; sharing techniques, tips, and the kind of knowledge you only get from someone who lives and breathes low ’n’ slow. Expect fire, smoke, questions encouraged, and plenty of “ohhh that’s how you do it” moments.
With years of cooking in top Texas BBQ restaurants in Austin, Brad started to develop his own recipes in his backyard and building cookers. Brad has a hunger to keep learning new techniques and to share them with the public. He’s constantly finding new ways to improve backyard cooking, whether that’s designing a new cooker, or making a new rub blend.
