 Wood Fired Pizza Ovens: A wood-fired oven will heat up quicker, and give you a faster cooking experience. The addition of wood smoke will also give your pizza a significantly different flavour. While it's contested that the addition of smoke doesn't effect the flavour of pizza itself, it will enhance the flavour of your toppings. 

 Gas Fired Pizza Ovens: Have all the fun without the work. Gas-fired pizza ovens are easier at set-up and clean-up, with the addition of making temperature control throughout a breeze.
