Honey Chipotle Skewers

These skewers are the perfect mix of sweet and spicy!
Ingredients

2tbsp Gran Luchito “Chipotle Paste”

3tbsp Blend “Smoked Honey”

1tbsp Kecap Manis
-
Juice of 1 lime
-
1 cup Mayonnaise
-
1kg Diced Chicken Thighs

10-12 Skewers
Directions
Mix together Chipotle Paste, Smoked Honey, Lime Juice, Kecap Manis and Mayo
Add the diced chicken thighs, and allow to marinate for at least an hour, but overnight is better
Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, reserving any left over marinade
Grill over medium heat, turning as needed. Brush on the reserved marinade every time you turn the skewers to keep them moist. They should be done after about 12 minutes.
Serve with an extra squeeze of lime juice, and a fresh herb salad, or in soft tacos with guac!
