The exact time however, will depend on how much food you put in the box. Larger cuts of meat and more dense food - picture large pieces of slow-cooked roasts, curries, bakes, lasagnes - will keep very hot for 3-4 hours. The more space in the box, the quicker the temperature will drop - however even for smaller meals, expect it to hold nicely for an hour or two. If wanting to maintain food at a cold temperature, with the use some ice bricks, the food will stay fresh for 2-4 hours.
