Smokin’ with the Natural Born Grillers

Join the Natural Born Grillers for an afternoon of smoking delicious meats in a 4 hour hands on masterclass.
Cooking on a wide range of barbecues we will demonstrate set up and cooking on our 24” Manhorne Kitchen pit, Big Green Egg and Traeger Pellet Grill.
Topics covered (but not limited to) will be:
Smoking Wood Choice
Trimming and preparation of various proteins
Rub and Sauce choices
Wrapping, boating and resting
Proteins will include chicken, lamb, pork, beef and seafood.
The course will include sitting down and eating all your tasty creations and the opportunity to pick the brains of one of Australia’s top competitive barbecue teams.
Due to the hands on nature of the class, spaces will be strictly limited.
