Participants can expect to taste every cut on offer, experience a detailed, in depth cooking workshop, utilising an enormous variety of cooking techniques, with an even bigger variety of cuts.
The workshop will run for 3 hours and feature some of Australia’s best producers of beef, at Australia’s favourite BBQ store, cooking alongside some of the biggest personalities in the Australian competitive BBQ scene.
